The Website, "travelindiacity.com" (hereinafter be referred as "Website") developed, owned and operated by Travel India City, is offered to the user/s (hereinafter be referred as "Visitor") upon the following terms and conditions.

(i) Use of Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which take effect on the date that Visitor first accesses and/or uses Website.

(ii) Website and all material, information, maps, graphics, images, names, addresses, particulars and links relating to travelindiacity.com, to its products and services or to third party products and services, (hereinafter be referred as "Content"), is provided on "AS IS" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation, any warranty as to reliability, accuracy, completeness, merchantability, satisfactory quality of products or services, non-infringement of intellectual property rights or suitability or fitness for any particular purpose.

All other information, products and services offered through Website are offered by third parties that are not affiliated in any manner with Travel India City.

(iv) Travel India City does not warrant that the files available through Website (whether for downloading or otherwise) will be free of infection or viruses, bugs or other codes that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. Travel India City does not warrant that the functions contained in the material available on or comprised in Website will be uninterrupted or error free or that any such defects will be corrected by Travel India City. Travel India City does not make any representation in regard to the full functionality or reliability of Website or the server that makes it available.

(v) Visitor shall be responsible for implementing sufficient procedures to satisfy Visitor’s requirements for safety and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to Website for reconstructing any lost data.

(x) Visitor hereby grants to Travel India City a non-exclusive, royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual

licence in respect of any material and information, including without limitation, ideas contained therein, that Visitor submits to Website by e-mail or by any other means and in any medium/s now known or hereafter developed, including the right to sub-licence, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from or publicly display and/or perform such material and information.

(xi) Visitor also grants to Travel India City the right to use Visitor’s name in connection with the material and information submitted as well as in connection with any advertising, marketing and promotional material related thereto. Visitor agrees that HE/ SHE shall have no recourse against Travel India City on grounds of any alleged infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in such material or information.

(xii) Website is controlled by Travel India City from its offices within the geographical boundaries of Delhi, India. Travel India City makes no representation that Content is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Access to Website from territories where Content is illegal, is prohibited. Visitors who access Website from other locations do so at their own initiative and risk and shall be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

(xiii) Travel India City reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online.
